Parents’ Night

  • Conocimiento: Families get to navigate their child’s environment and work with materials to understand why particular materials are used based on their child’s developmental milestone. Families create SMART goals for themselves and their child.

  • Parents take the Multiple Intelligences Inventory (see URL link)
  • All About Me: Celebrates the child’s heritage – Who Am I?
  • 5 Senses and Culture
  • Thanksgiving Activity & Luncheon: Focuses on learning the value of appreciation
  • Family Get-Together: Celebrates the child’s family, beliefs and traditions
    • Discussion about family structure, abilities, ethnicities, language, culture, beliefs and values
  • Parents sign the Family Partnership for School Success
  • Networks of Support/Core Parent Group:
    • Fundraising Committees
    • Curriculum Committee
    • Activities Committee
    • Advocacy Committee
